I am pleased to be part of dedicated staff members who are willing and prepared to work hard. It is true hard work pays, it is the only route to success pain and sweat.

The Systems department is about fostering relationship with the Private Partner that is conducive for the smooth running of all services within IALCH. The Systems Department therefore closely monitors the adherence to the Project Agreement and output Specifications by the Private Partner, on behalf of the Department of Health.

As the Project Agreement is designed to be “self monitoring” via the helpdesk and Penalty report, it is very important that the correct input is achieved by all staff logging appropriate calls via the Helpdesk. The reports generated from these calls, including response and restore times, are discussed at a senior level to ensure that the correct penalties, as per agreement are imposed when services are not at the accepted levels of agreed standards.

Systems Department is the backbone of quality service in this world class facility and with passion and well use application systems we have the potential to provide best service, not only in the Southern hemisphere but to Africa as a whole.

It is my great pleasure to acknowledge the fact that “yes” it is a difficulty project to manage, but we do everything in our power to make sure that the project succeeds.

There in no doubt that we compare easily with 1st world countries in the management of this facility and the service that we provide to our patients/customers. Challenges yes, we will experience challenges but we will have to face them head on, so far I wish to thank the Tigers for accepting me I am grateful for that to all of you.

I promise never to disappoint “away Tigers away” people will always remember the bad things you do but the good things they will not remember so rather do good and not be remembered.
